All ingredients are freshly bought from the food market. We use organic -freshly cut- pork meat for the filling. You can also opt-in vegetarian choice. The booking price includes everything you need including all ingredients and equipment.

Workshop 01. Hands On Traditional Organic Xiao Long Bao (Soup Dumpling) Cooking Experience (can be vegan)

a. Market Street Walk
b. Prepare wrapper from scratch
c. Prepare filling
d. Wrapping
e. Cooking

Duration: 3 ~ 4 hrs. It depends on the number of guests.

Workshop 02. Hands On Traditional Organic Dumplings Making Experience (can be vegan)

a. Market Street Walk
b. Make a few wrappers (optional) and Prepare fillings
c. Different Wrapping styles: Classic and Goldfish
d. Create your Funny Dumplings Shape
e. Cooking (boiled)

Duration: 2 ~ 3 hrs. It depends on the number of guests and individual pace.

Special Requests

a. You can request “vegetables” to replace “organic pork”.

b. E-recipe will be sent after class.

c. For Combo class you can contact me in advanced if you want to make it a private class.
